Dan is a specialist in strategic, statutory, economic, urban and rural planning. With qualifications in economics and planning, Dan is well suited to the management of major planning projects and the provision of advice on the appropriate approval processes and application requirements. He undertakes strategic planning, rural planning and development control planning projects and appears as an expert witness in the Land and Environment Court. He is experienced in all aspects ofcommunity planning, including social planning, infrastructure studies and public consultation. He has prepared Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments for major projects of state significance including health facilities, correctional centres, road projects, logistics centres, industrial developments, commercial buildings, and designated development.
Bob has extensive experience in development control, environmental assessment, statutory planning, highest and best use analysis (for land acquisition purposes), and liquor licencing. He has presented evidence as an expert witness on a wide range of planning issues to the Land and Environment Court and has broad planning capabilities, including environmental assessment of major developments, planning evaluation of compulsory acquisition and the resolution of complex planning problems.
Bob is a specialist in the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects and Environmental Impact Statements and has prepared reports, studies and applications for thousands of projects: including all possible different types of residential development, retail shopping centres, CBD office towers, film studios, public transport interchanges, tourist resorts, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, residential care facilities, seniors housing projects, and many other forms of development.
Kirsty has been part of the team since 2015 and has experience in a broad range of planning projects for corporate clients, including commercial offices, CBD retailing, hospitality venues, retail development, sporting and tourist facilities, special events, and residential flat buildings. Kirsty has a key interest in licenced premises and has extensive experience in preparing development applications, modification applications, and general planning advice for pubs, small bars, and licenced restaurants across the Sydney region. Kirsty has been heavily involved in the planning projects for the new Rouse Hill Town Centre and the MLC Centre upgrade.
